Kelly Clarkson has been one of our fave singers ever since she won American Idol back in 2002. On top of her amazinnnnggg music, we’re totally obsessed with fashion Kelly has flaunted throughout the years! Read on to find out our top five Kelly looks.
The American Idol Era: As we mentioned earlier, Kelly was the first winner of the hit contest show American Idol. During this time, Kelly rocked dark brown hair with way beautiful blonde highlights. Kelly fashion go-to’s were usually outfits with a darker color-scheme. And she totally rocked it.
The “Miss Independent” Era: In the music video for her first hit single, “Miss Independent,” Kelly dyed her hair to a dark, chestnut brown — and it looked REAL good! Kelly paired her new hair with a very casual-yet-cool style in the video. Her “Miss Independent” look was just as rock n roll as her music!
The “Behind These Hazel Eyes” Era: OK — we totally love all of Kelly’s looks, but the look(s) she rocked for “Behind These Hazel Eyes” video is probably our fave. Kelly changed up her hair yet again, but this time to a bright and beautiful blonde. In the video, K rocks quite a few outfits — a gorgeous wedding dress, a sexy black dress, and a ripped up black and white get-up. All of which we are TOTALLY obsessed with!
The “Since U Been Gone” Era: “Since U Been Gone” is a classic Kelly song, and her outfit for the music video is just as classic! Kelly wears an army green tee, black shorts, and a classic pair of black Converse. SO cute, right?! Even though the video was recorded over four years ago, we’re still rocking Kelly’s cute-yet-comfy “Since U Been Gone” look on the daily!
The “Stronger” Era: Kelly looks real fierce with her straight, brown hair and edgy outfit in her “Stronger” music video. During the flash-mob scene in the video, Kelly rocks a killer all-black outfit. We are BEYOND obsessed with her ripped black skinny jeans and blinged-up black jacket! Kelly seriously has the BEST style.
